INGALLS - Cynthia L. (Foust) Adams, age 63, passed away Tuesday, September 19th, 2017, at Trinity Manor in Dodge City, Kansas. She was born on October 5, 1953 to Jasper Lee and Lavera Geneva (Hughes) Foust in Pittsburg, California.

She is survived by her companion, Stanley Hansen of Ingalls, KS; a son, Dustin Edsall of New Bern, NC; a daughter, Amber Barto of Watsonville, CA; grandchildren, Noah, Kyle and Brody, of Watsonville, CA; sisters, Sheilia Pitau of Byron CA, Lavera Burt of Aptos, CA.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Lenora Palsrok.

Cynthia loved the Oakland Raiders.

Cremation has taken place and inurnment will be at Union Cemetery, Brentwood, California .
